GCP Data Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to support Data Model Execution (DAMEX) & Data Metrics initiatives. The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, BigQuery datasets, dashboards, and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across engineering and software development domains. The candidate will work with large-scale datasets, develop insightful visualizations using Spotfire and other BI platforms, and ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting.

MUST HAVE • 5-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence. • Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Expertise in BigQuery and advanced SQL query development and optimization.

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data monitoring solutions.

• Hands-on experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Spotfire, Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Strong experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Spotfire dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.

• Ability to create interactive KPI dashboards, drill-down analytics, and executive level reporting solutions using Spotfire or similar BI tools.

• Strong understanding of data validation, data quality, data governance, and data lineage concepts.

• Experience in dashboard maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue troubleshooting.

• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data, pipeline, and dashboard-related issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder-facing experience.
