We're hiring an ERP Application Analyst for a growing manufacturing business in the Charlotte area. This is an opportunity for someone with strong hands-on ERP experience to learn Business Central, while taking ownership of application support, configuration, reporting and system improvements.
The business is planning significant growth through future acquisitions, creating opportunities to get involved in ERP implementations and work across a wider manufacturing operation.
About the roleYou'll join a small internal IT team, supporting ERP applications across Manufacturing, Production, Warehousing, Inventory, Purchasing and Finance.
This is a hands-on position combining application support, troubleshooting, system configuration, reporting and business process improvement. You'll work directly with users to understand problems, investigate issues within the ERP system and help implement solutions.
You don't need previous Business Central experience. The business is open to someone with strong experience in another ERP system who is interested in learning the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

What you'll be doingProviding hands-on ERP application support across Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehousing, Purchasing and FinanceTroubleshooting system issues, investigating transactions and resolving problems directly within the ERP environmentSupporting ERP configuration, workflows and system improvementsWorking with Finance teams across General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableWriting SQL queries and developing or modifying reports using SQL, SSRS, Power BI and other reporting toolsGathering requirements from business users and translating them into practical system improvementsSupporting third-party integrations, testing, documentation and user trainingGetting involved in future ERP implementations as the business grows and acquires additional companies
What we're looking forHands-on experience supporting and configuring an ERP system such as NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Dynamics F&O, Business Central or a similar platformExperience working within a manufacturing or distribution environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP finance processesSQL, reporting or other technical ERP experienceExperience troubleshooting application issues and working directly with business usersAn interest in learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and developing further technical skills
You don't need to be a software developer, but you should be comfortable investigating and resolving issues within an ERP system, rather than solely coordinating work for developers. xzbcwsv
