Job Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, receivables, vendor payments, payroll, statutory compliances, and financial records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts in Tally , monitoring event-wise profitability, ensuring timely GST and TDS compliance, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally

• Handle client billing, invoicing & receivables

• Manage vendor bills, payments & reconciliations

• Prepare event-wise P&L and profitability reports

• Manage payroll, cash & bank transactions

• Handle GST & TDS compliance

• Maintain POs, inventory & financial records

• Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams

What we are looking for:

• 2–6 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting

• Strong knowledge of Tally & MS Excel

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll & accounting

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

• Experience in event management/service industry will be preferred
