Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

Tufts Medical Center seeks a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services to adult patients in their homes across the Boston area. In this patient-focused, community-oriented role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy that supports safe, functional communication and swallowing. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EHR, educate families and caregivers, and contribute to Tufts’ mission of innovation, diversity, and academic excellence in care.
