PR Manager

Department: Marketing Designation: Manager - PR Experience: 5–7 Years Salary Budget: 8–10 LPA Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to manage the company’s media relations, PR strategy, corporate communication and brand reputation while building strong relationships with relevant media and industry platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company’s PR and media relations plan. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business & Financial Media, National & Regional Media, Industry Publications, Journalists & Editors and Digital News Platforms. • Develop and distribute press releases, media notes, corporate announcements and PR content. • Identify and secure opportunities for Media Coverage, Leadership Interviews, Expert Articles, Brand Stories, Industry Features and Awards & Recognition. • Manage media interactions, interviews and leadership profiling. • Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners and ensure effective execution. • Develop key messaging for corporate announcements, business milestones, product launches, orders and achievements. • Support corporate communication and reputation management . • Monitor media coverage, competitor PR activities and relevant industry news. • Maintain media databases, PR trackers and coverage reports. • Prepare monthly PR performance reports and media coverage analysis. • Coordinate PR activities around events, exhibitions and important company initiatives. • Support crisis communication and reputation management whenever required. Required Skills • Strong media and journalist relationship management skills. • Good understanding of PR strategy and media pitching. • Excellent press release, article and corporate content writing skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Experience in media outreach and securing quality coverage. • Strong PR agency and media partner management skills. • Good understanding of business, corporate and industry media. • Strong networking, follow-up and coordination skills. Preferred Background Candidates from Solar / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / B2B / Corporate / Listed Companies / Advertising / PR Agencies will be preferred. Candidates with strong media relationships and hands-on experience in corporate PR, media pitching and leadership profiling will be preferred
