Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in International Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and NVOCC backgrounds shall only be considered for this role. Experience: 3-7 Years Job Description: • Candidate must have sound experience in Shipping/Logistics/Custom Broking Industry. • Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients • Use the appropriate methods and tools to provide information that is accurate, comprehensive, and thorough • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolution • Having relevant knowledge of export shipments procedure, Custom Broking operations, LCL/FCL/VGM, etc. • Should depict exceptional skills in coordination with field Operations staff, Customers, and Communication with Shipping Lines. • Must possess sound knowledge of the entire export shipment cycle from order confirmation to shipment reached the destination. Oversee the complete shipment cycle for assigned shippers. Ability to plan and schedule the daily activities, Coordinate Delivery Orders (DO) with shippers. Liaise with the transport department to monitor container movement status. Efficient/ Knowledge in handling documentation such as Form 13, Verified Gross Mass (VGM). Resolve issues related to container availability, slot allocation, container gate-in and vessel gate processes, and handle any necessary amendments to shipment documents. • Strive for customer satisfaction and customer delight as for us it’s always “Customer First”. • Must possess proven skills in troubleshooting and sound decision-making pertaining to shipment. • Be conversant with ERP system and possess effective written & verbal communication skills. •Should be a good team player & possess multi-tasking ability. Location: Mumbai. Candidates from Central Mumbai Suburb shall be preferred.
