LCS Senior Living - 18695 73rd Avenue North - Responsibilities: Assist residents with high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks) as per policy; Assist residents with mealtime and feeding; Complete and document shift assignments; report unfinished tasks to nursing supervisor; Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads, and Director of Resident Services as needed; Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner
