Project Management Executive

The Executive / Senior Executive – PMO (Infrastructure) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom and civil infrastructure projects within the Project Management Office. The role involves project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, cost control, vendor management, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with technical understanding of network and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, performance tracking, and status reporting using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support contract administration, bid evaluations, procurement documentation, and vendor management in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, bill verification, budget monitoring, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, infrastructure projects, quantity surveying, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, transmission media, and infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of BOQs, cost control, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), MS Project/Primavera or similar tools; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
