Location: Bengaluru / Delhi
Experience: 12+ Years
Role: 4G/5G Stack – L1 & Radio Engineer
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in LTE/NR Physical Layer (L1/PHY) algorithm and software development
- Experience with modulation, LDPC/Turbo, MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation, IQ processing & FFT/IFFT
- Strong C/C++, MATLAB and embedded real-time systems expertise
- Experience with FPGA / ASIC / GPU acceleration
- Hands-on experience with CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul protocols
- Knowledge of PHY, RF/Radio, L2 and fronthaul integration
- Strong experience in L1 performance optimization, DSP debugging and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale L1 delivery programs
