Warehouse Manager

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing distribution operation in Raleigh who is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead its team and oversee daily warehouse activities. This is a great opportunity in a fast paced environment for an energetic leader who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations while improving efficiency and customer service. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries.Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates, drivers, etc.Maintain inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and on-time order fulfillment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and DOT requirements.Coordinate delivery schedules, fleet maintenance, and facility upkeep.Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate with sales and customer service teams.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.Proven ability to lead teams through a hands-on management approach.Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems and standard operating procedures.Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and DOT compliance.Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift. xzbcwsv Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
