Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
• Manage client escalation handling and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform client retention - related activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies, quality sandards, and process guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets.

Required Skills

• 1- 4 years of experience in Customer Support .
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
