Build and maintain lasting relationships with professionals and clients across the NY Metro marketHandle full-cycle recruitment and oversee job requisitions for positions ranging from Staff Accountant to CFOGain a strong technical understanding of each position while following the client's strategic and financial parametersResearch, identify, and manage client accounts through creative outreach and networkingSource candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networksConduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fitDeliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed client expectationsNegotiate offers and close deals that create lasting partnershipsStay ahead of xzbcwsv market trends and evolving client needs
RequirementsBachelor's degree required3+ years of recruiting experience running a full desk in permanent accounting recruitment requiredHighly organized and self-motivated; professional and matureA go-getter with a strong desire to succeedMust be a strong written and verbal communicatorCreative and can think "outside of the box"Able to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms required
