About the client:

A new-age media and content company focused on storytelling, creative production, and building culturally relevant content for a global audience.

The Role:

You work directly with our founder, turning ideas into finished content. You take a spark

and make it a deck, a concept note, a script or a cut - often all in the same week. You

move fluidly between formats: a music video today, a teaser tomorrow, a factual series

pitch the day after.

What You Will Do:

● Develop concepts and stories for factual entertainment formats

● Build compelling pitch decks and treatment documents

● Write scripts for short form edits, teasers and promos

● Sit on edits with editors and shape cuts hands on

● Switch between formats and tones without losing sharpness

● Use AI tools across the development pipeline - research, writing, visualisation

What We Need:

● 4-5+ years in film, TV, digital content or factual entertainment

● Strong writing and storytelling instincts

● Proficiency with deck making (Keynote, Google Slides or similar)

● Basic editing ability (Premiere Pro or similar)

● Fluency with AI tools for creative work

● Portfolio depth over job titles - show us work you drove end to end

● Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru

● Hardworking, sharp, self driven
