Operations Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in operations, procurement, administration, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Experience or understanding of parts sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to identify and source required spare parts, tools, accessories, and operational supplies from suitable vendors.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, record keeping, purchase tracking, and administrative documentation.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Source bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools, and other materials required for repair and operational activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, required quality, and timely availability of parts.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records, procurement details, purchase history, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor availability of frequently required parts and support inventory replenishment to minimize operational delays.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including documentation, record keeping, scheduling, and coordination.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requirements, deliveries, payments, and operational matters to ensure smooth business operations.
