On occasion will cover outreach sites outside of Madison. Work hours of 8:00am-4:30pm is typical with some 7:30am starts and 5pm ends. No nights, weekends or on-call requirements. Job Summary: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for we
