Managing Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims, the remote Senior Claims Specialist will investigate claims, determine compensability, negotiate settlements, and develop strategies for effective claim resolution while working Eastern Time Zone business hours. Key responsibilities Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution Analyze claim facts and evaluate coverage, compensability, and benefits eligibility Negotiate settlements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims adjusting Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation laws and regulations Delaware workers' compensation license is required; additional state licenses are a plus Professional industry designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC) are preferred Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours and travel occasionally as needed
