Learn more about Re-Bath: About Re-Bath Re-Bath is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a 15-person Design Consultant team spanning Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to move from top individual performer to people manager. building accountability, consistency, and a winning culture across three distinct markets. What You'll Do Coach and develop Design Consultants through ride-alongs, 1:1s, and weekly performance check-ins Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to sales standards and activity metrics Build consistent processes and visibility across Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville without micromanaging remote markets Diagnose performance gaps — distinguishing skill issues from will issues and build improvement plans Lead difficult conversations directly and professionally, including with former peers now reporting to you Partner with People Ops and leadership on performance management and team structure decisions Run team meetings and represent the Carolina markets' voice to senior leadership Qualifications 3 years sales leadership experience Proven top-performer track record in a Design Consultant or comparable sales role Strong communicator who can be direct and supportive at the same time Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback Self-aware about personal strengths and growth areas as a first-time or early-career manager Willingness to travel regularly between Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville Prior leadership, mentoring, or informal team-lead experience a plus Must successfully pass a 50-state background check and drug screening Benefits Starting at $80,000.00 per year + bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with employer match Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive leadership and ongoing professional development
