Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Graduate Freshers to join our International Voice & Chat process in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the BPO industry, where you will interact with international customers, resolve their queries, and provide a seamless customer experience through voice and chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Candidates with prior BPO experience may also apply.
Work Schedule
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
