About the Role

Will be responsible for ensuring data quality of across organizations and within corporate tools by monitoring the maturity of the Configuration Management process, to ensure its full applicability and quality.

Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable of data quality within organization Should be able to drive data quality initiative across organization. Define and implement data quality related process, procedures and templates etc... Monitor and govern CMDB data entry activities, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, consistency while establishing CMDB as the single source of truth for configuration information. Accountable for CMDB data quality, identifying gaps, maintaining control over data quality issues, and driving corrective action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Act as SPOC for quality, compliance, and process-related matters. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, QA strategies, and GT standards. Perform regular configuration audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Reviews analytical data that measures gaps in service level. Determines corrective actions and tactics for improvement and implements preventive measures. Analyze audit evidences and action plan to assure the consistency of the action defined to solve non-conformities. Analyses feedback from customers regularly to identify their needs, clarify expectations, understand their definitions of quality and influence their quality improvement process. Identifies risks and issues affecting her/his activities and proposes preventive and corrective actions. Is responsible for granting the implementation of Quality Assurance organizational standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies. Collaborates with PEG in defining QA company standards, processes, tools and methodologies. Regularly operates in a multi-country, multi-cultural environment encouraging collaboration and proactive approaches to overcome challenges. This position is typically operating under general direction with regular decision making. Defines, together with peers and senior management, the QA Analysts training path organizing on-the-job trainings, seminars and by establishing an environment where continuous improvement is a must. Keeps her/himself constantly up to date through constant self-training and ability to search for information and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, mathematics, physics or related discipline, or an equivalent education, or demonstrated experience on the subject.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in IT quality, process consulting, or governance roles Strong experience in process audits, compliance, and quality metrics management Good understanding of Agile, Dev Ops, and IT service management processes Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

ITIL Foundation. Certified Scrum Master. PMP Certification. Awareness of ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001)
