Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director at TULIP GROUP is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, and ensuring effective follow-up on key tasks and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence, while maintaining filing systems and records. The role includes handling phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination, as well as liaising with internal teams and external partners to support the Director’s day-to-day operations. The Personal Assistant may also assist with meeting minutes, basic data compilation, and confidential administrative support as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including proactive support, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior leadership or directors.
- Proficient in Diary Management, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document preparation, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Reliable Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, drafting emails, and managing routine correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar tools); familiarity with presentation software is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role; exposure to fashion, manufacturing, or corporate environments is a plus.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline is preferred.
