Presales consultant (kannada expert)

Role Summary:
Responsible for converting leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls by understanding customer insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Call potential customers who have shown interest in insurance products(100% leads will be from company)
-Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly
-Understand customer requirements and close sales
-Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets
-Update customer details and sales status in CRM
Skills Required:
-Strong communication and convincing skills
-Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
-Kannada Language is Mandatory
