About the Opportunity A growing plaintiff-focused litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its Phoenix office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation and wants meaningful courtroom exposure while managing an active caseload from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, particularly motor vehicle accident and PIP claims, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers strong earning potential, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term career growth within a collaborative team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trialHandle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearancesEvaluate liability, damages, and overall case strategyDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documentsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselMaintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client servicePrepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings as needed
QualificationsActive, in good standing Arizona Bar membership2+ years of personal injury litigation experienceExperience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly valuedAbility to effectively manage a high-volume caseloadStrong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent client communication and relationship management abilitiesTrial experience or a strong interest in growing courtroom skills is a plus
