Operations Manager

***This is NOT a job at ForceBrands** **Must be EST** Responsibilities: Build and manage the U.S. operations and supply chain function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes as the business grows .Own day-to-day supply chain operations across ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, suppliers, and co-manufacturing partners .Manage relationships with approximately 50 existing vendors, leveraging established UK partnerships while coordinating supply and delivery into the U.S .Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and production, including traveling to suppliers and production partners, such as the company’s partner in Minnesota .Support the operational needs of a retail-heavy U.S. business, while effectively managing and understanding the DTC channel .Partner closely with the UK Head of Supply to replicate successful processes, establish KPIs and reporting, and adapt the operating model for the U.S. market .Candidate Profile :Strong operations and supply chain experience, ideally within CPG, food, beverage, who is experienced in co-manufacturing and vendor managemen tHighly analytical and operationally minded, with the ability to use data to solve problems, make decisions, and build scalable processes .Ambitious, hardworking, and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a function rather than stepping into an established one .
