Job Summary
We’re looking for an AI Engineer - FDE to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with high ownership across AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture to production
- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services & enterprise integrations
- Design scalable, reliable AI systems
- Work closely with customers and engineering teams
- Drive AI evaluations, performance optimization & production troubleshooting
- Influence product and engineering decisions
Requirements:
- 5–9 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python & backend development skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK or similar
- Strong understanding of distributed systems & system architecture
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience with Kafka, SQS or similar messaging systems
Good to Have:
- Production experience with AI Agents / Voice AI
- Startup or founding engineering experience
- Experience with enterprise, BFSI, Healthcare or Government deployments
