Lead Embedded Software Engineer

Hiring: Embedded Software Technical Lead | Grand Rapids, MII’m looking for an embedded software professional who enjoys hands-on development and leading a team to deliver aerospace software.In this role, you’ll lead daily software activities, contribute to embedded software solutions, and manage technical scope, cost, schedule, risks, and deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. You’ll also serve as Control Account Manager for assigned project elements and collaborate closely with customers and engineering leadership.

Required:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fieldAt least 4 years of embedded software development experienceU.S. citizenship required
Preferred:At least 5 years of experience with DO-178B/C development and certification across the full software lifecycleExperience with DO-178B/C DAL BDO-297 / Integrated Modular Avionics application development experienceStrong technical leadership and project management skillsExperience leading global or virtual teams
