Business Development Executive (BDE)

Royal Tint is a leading provider of premium window films and surface protection solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support our growth in the Mumbai market.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Identify and generate new leads to build a strong sales pipeline

•    Conduct client meetings and product presentations to promote Royal Tint's offerings

•    Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

•    Prepare accurate quotations and follow up diligently to close deals

•    Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

•    Maintain and update the CRM with all customer interactions and sales activities

•    Submit daily end-of-day (EOD) reports and sales activity summaries

•    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

•    0 – 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales

•    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•    Target-driven mind-set with excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities

•    Willingness to travel within Mumbai and surrounding regions

•    Prior experience in project sales, Glass industries, Aluminium Fabrication, Home Automation, Interior products, or architect/dealer relations preferred
