Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain company, for the position of PMO Engineering in Mumbai position.

Job Title: PMO – Automation Industry

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST (Night Shift – India time)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Industry Preference: Automation / Industrial Automation / Process Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in the automation industry. The candidate will support project governance, planning, and execution of automation projects while working closely with global stakeholders in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project governance, tracking, and reporting for automation projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with engineering teams (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and business stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates
• Identify risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution
• Standardize PMO processes, templates, and best practices
• Support resource planning and allocation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in PMO/project coordination (5–7 years)
• Exposure to automation/industrial projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI environments
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (good to have)
• Experience working with global clients / time zones
