Principal Platform Owner

Summary The Principle Platform Owner / Architect is accountable for the overall strategy, architecture, governance, and core administration of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the platform is secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise technology strategy. Working in partnership with process owners, module-specific administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role provides architectural leadership, establishes platform standards, and enables consistent, high-quality delivery across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Responsibilities - Own the enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. - Establish, maintain, and enforce platform governance, architectural standards, and development best practices. - Lead platform-wide archit
