Event Specialist - Client Servicing

If you can turn a client brief into a great idea, an idea into a plan, and a plan into something people remember — we should talk. We’re looking for Client Servicing superstars to join our team across levels — Executive | Sr. Executive | Assistant Manager | Manager | Senior Manager. This isn’t a job where you simply forward emails and make follow-up calls. You’ll be at the heart of the action — working with brands, understanding their business, cracking briefs, coordinating creative & production teams, managing timelines, presenting ideas and making sure the final experience delivers. What you’ll be doing: → Own client relationships and day-to-day communication → Understand briefs and translate them into actionable plans → Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production & Operations teams → Develop proposals, presentations, budgets and timelines → Present ideas confidently and sell the thinking behind them → Manage multiple projects without losing your cool → Keep clients happy while keeping the internal teams moving → Be involved from “Here’s the brief” → “Let’s make it happen.” What we’re looking for: More than years of experience, we’re looking for the right mindset. ✔️ Great communication skills ✔️ Strong ownership & follow-through ✔️ Ability to think beyond the brief ✔️ Commercial understanding and attention to detail ✔️ Ability to handle pressure, deadlines & multiple stakeholders ✔️ A problem-solving attitude ✔️ Someone who enjoys working in the fast-paced world of brands, events, activations & experiences Experience in an event / experiential / advertising / activation agency is a big plus.
