Telesales Executive (Fresher – 2 Years Experience) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month About Deck Mount Electronics Deck Mount Electronics is a medical equipment company specializing in sleep and respiratory care solutions. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Gurugram, we develop and distribute CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, ECG devices, and other respiratory care products for hospitals and home healthcare. Key Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound sales calls to promote medical devices. Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers. Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical devices is a plus.
