Style Union is a fast fashion D2C brand with 100+ stores across India and a growing online business. Our hero lines include AirDry, FluidX, Repants and Travelator.

We operate a full-price model, which places significant weight on how product is presented and communicated across the website, advertising and creator content.

The Content & Website Quality Manager is responsible for the accuracy, consistency and presentation quality of Style Union's website and app. The role involves continuous review of product listings and site content, identifying issues and driving improvements to how product is presented. It also includes content refreshes across the web and app. 

The role also contributes to the brand's creative output, supporting ideation for advertising creative, managing the content calendar and working on influencer video content alongside the wider marketing team.

Website and Catalogue Quality

• Conduct regular quality checks across the website and app, covering product imagery, naming, attributes, descriptions, pricing display and category placement
• Ensure product listings meet defined standards before and after going live, and flag or correct deviations
• Review product content at scale and refine it where needed for accuracy, clarity and brand voice
• Maintain naming conventions, attribute standards and content guidelines, and update them as the catalogue evolves
• Work with the cataloguing, e-commerce and merchandising teams to resolve recurring issues at source
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, site navigation and content quality, and drive them through to implementation
• Ensure product content communicates fabric, fit and function accurately, and follows SEO best practices

Creative and Content

• Contribute to creative ideation for performance advertising, including concepts, hooks and messaging
• Plan and maintain the content calendar across channels in coordination with the marketing team
• Support the development of influencer and creator video content, including briefs, talking points and content review
• Review creative output for product accuracy and consistency with brand and website messaging

• 2–4 years of experience in content, e-commerce, catalogue or digital marketing roles, ideally at a D2C, fashion or consumer brand
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to quality control
• Strong written English, with the ability to edit and refine product and brand copy
• Familiarity with e-commerce catalogue processes, including PDP requirements, product attributes and naming structures
• Working knowledge of SEO principles for e-commerce content
• Understanding of social and performance advertising creative, and of how creator content works
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and content management systems
• Able to work across multiple teams and follow issues through to resolution

• Experience in apparel or fashion, including familiarity with fabric and garment terminology
• Experience working on influencer or creator campaigns
• Experience managing a content calendar

Ownership of website and catalogue quality at a growing D2C brand, involvement in the brand's creative process, and close working exposure to the founding team.
