Role Description

We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to support our merchandising team in managing product sourcing, supplier coordination, order execution and shipment follow-ups for international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing products and coordinating with suppliers.
• Support product development, sampling and costing activities.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, samples, production and delivery timelines.
• Maintain order sheets, product details and merchandising records.
• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for day-to-day requirements.
• Assist in quality control and ensure products meet approved specifications.
• Support shipment planning, consolidation and dispatch coordination.
• Track order status and proactively highlight delays or issues.
• Assist the merchandising team with reports and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Merchandising, Fashion, Textiles or Business is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing or buying house operations.
• Interest/experience in home décor, furniture, lighting or hardgoods preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office .
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn.

Salary: upto 30-35k per month
