Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT) or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems / VMS / ANPR Systems
• Understanding of Networking concepts (LAN/WAN/MPLS, IP addressing, switching, routing)
• Familiarity with UCCC / Command Control Centre operations (preferred)
• Basic understanding of database systems and data handling (Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments (basic level)

Data & Analytical Skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards)
• Ability to interpret traffic data, violation trends, and system performance

Electronics & Power Systems Knowledge

• Basic understanding of electronics and field device components
• Knowledge of AC/DC power systems and electrical fundamentals
• Familiarity with UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic power-related issues at site level

Camera & Surveillance Configuration Skills (Preferrable)

Understanding of camera parameters such as:

• Resolution
• Frame Rate (FPS)
• Shutter Speed
• Exposure and image settings

Ability to perform basic camera troubleshooting and optimize image quality

Other Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities (Languages: Hindi, Odiya Preferrable)
• Ability to work in 24x7 shift-based operations
• Attention to detail and incident handling capability

Experience Required

3-4 years of experience in:

• Command Control Centre / Surveillance Projects / Smart City Projects / Traffic Systems
• Networking / CCTV Monitoring / IT Operations

Preferred Experience

• Experience in IEMS / e-Challan / Traffic Enforcement Systems
• Exposure to video analytics or AI-based surveillance systems
• Experience working with government or large-scale infrastructure projects

Additional Requirements (Preference)

• Understanding of integration with government systems (VAHAN, SARATHI, eChallan)
• Familiarity with monitoring dashboards, logs, and reporting tools
• Awareness of cybersecurity, data security, and compliance standards
• Ability to handle large-scale, multi-location monitoring systems
