Job Description:.

This role requires excellent communication, sales understanding, and the ability to build

strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students and explain training programs and career

opportunities.

• Handle student inquiries, counseling, and follow-ups to convert leads into

enrollments.

• Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to admissions and client engagement.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student feedback.
• Support marketing and outreach activities when required.
• Provide guidance to students regarding certification courses, internships, and career

opportunities.
