- 12-hour shifts -- 8am - 8pm and 8pm - 8am, with 1pm - 9pm option
- No more than 5 - 6 shifts in a row
- ED volume: 17,000 annually
- 11% admission rate
- ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
