TechXR Innovations Private Limited (Devotional Ecommerce) - Bhopal Experience - 4+ yrs (Negotiable if you got skills) Role: You will own our marketing and social media content from idea to final output, lead the creative team, and make the work perform. The three things this role lives on are ideation, copywriting and creative direction all backed by numbers. You will lead a team of video editors, a graphic designer and AI content specialists. Ideation You come up with the content ideas, angles and hooks yourself, every day, without waiting for a brief. You turn each product — AR car idols, VR darshan, smart frames — into several different content concepts. You track what is trending and convert it into brand content quickly. You plan content series and campaigns instead of one-off posts.
