WE'RE HIRING - SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - SAURASHTRA VITA is expanding its presence across Saurashtra and is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Field Sales Team. Base Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Territory: Entire Saurashtra Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding VITA's retail and furniture hardware business across Saurashtra. The key objective is to establish VITA as a priority brand among retail dealers, hardware and plywood showrooms, and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers in the Furniture and Hardware segment. 2. Identify and onboard quality Hardware, Plywood and Furniture Retail Showrooms and start VITA products with them. 3. Drive dealers to actively promote and prioritize VITA products in their showroom. 4. Develop VITA business with modular furniture and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory. 5. Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand VITA's customer base. 6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. 7. Ensure strong product visibility, availability and market penetration. 8. Regularly visit dealers, retailers, furniture factories and other key customers. 9. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business. 10. Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback. 11. Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order execution and customer support. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT This is a field sales position covering the entire Saurashtra region. On average, approximately 12 working days per month will be spent in Rajkot and approximately 14 working days per month will involve travel across other districts of Saurashtra. Candidates should be comfortable with regular inter-city travel and extensive field work. PRODUCTS The candidate will be responsible for sales and business development of VITA's Furniture and Architectural Hardware range, including: Tandem Drawer Systems Telescopic Channels Auto Hinges Bed Fittings Kitchen Fittings Wardrobe Fittings Other Furniture and Hardware Accessories CANDIDATE PROFILE We are looking for candidates who have: 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. 2. Strong experience working with retail Hardware, Plywood or Furniture customers. 3. Existing knowledge and relationships with Hardware and Plywood Retail Dealers. 4. Experience dealing with Furniture and Modular Furniture Factories. 5. Strong understanding of the local market and customer network across Saurashtra. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 7. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. 8. Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra. PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Furniture Hardware Architectural Hardware Plywood Laminates Adhesives Other relevant Building, Interior or Furniture-related industries Experience in Furniture Hardware is highly preferred. Candidates without experience dealing with Hardware/Plywood Retail Showrooms or Furniture Factories may not be suitable for this position. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS CTC: INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives Performance-based incentives linked to target achievement. Additional 110 Percent Target Incentive Additional incentive for achieving 110 percent or more of the assigned target. Petrol and Fuel Allowance Petrol and fuel allowance is provided for official field travel using a personal vehicle. This allowance applies to official business travel both within Rajkot, the base location, and outside Rajkot across the assigned Saurashtra territory. Hotel and Accommodation - Outstation Travel Hotel and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company whenever an overnight stay is required during official travel outside Rajkot. Meals and Food - Outstation Travel All meal and food expenses are fully covered by the company during official outstation travel outside Rajkot. Intercity Travel - Outstation Travel Bus, Train or other approved public transportation expenses for official travel between Rajkot and other cities or districts across Saurashtra are fully covered by the company. Paid Leave Paid Leave benefits are provided as per company policy. IMPORTANT While travelling for official work within Rajkot, the employee is eligible for Petrol and Fuel Allowance when using a personal vehicle. For official travel outside Rajkot, Intercity Travel, Hotel Stay and Meals are covered by the company, along with Petrol and Fuel Allowance when a personal vehicle is used for official field travel. No other daily allowance is applicable for routine work within the Rajkot base location, apart from the applicable Petrol and Fuel Allowance for official business travel.
