The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service. </li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI tools and solutions, with the ability to take and manage AI-related briefs effectively. </li><li>Leverage prior experience in handling AI-driven projects or campaigns to ensure seamless execution and delivery. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns. </li><li>Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations. </li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements: </b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. </li><li>Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies. </li><li>Prior experience handling AI-related briefs and AI-driven projects is required. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel &amp; PowerPoint. </li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>If this is you, we would love to hear from you.
