Job Description
General Sales Manager – Paper Industry
Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.
Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Experience in Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper.
Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering , from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.
Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.
Develop key accounts, new markets and strategic business relationships.
Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.
Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.
Strong network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
