Role Description The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents based on design inputs and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings, updating documentation as designs evolve, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all drawings. The role involves coordinating with architects and other team members to clarify design intent, incorporating feedback, and adhering to relevant codes and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi, requiring regular collaboration with the in-office design team and participation in internal reviews.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in architectural drawings and general architecture concepts, with the ability to translate design ideas into clear plans.
- Experience in planning and organizing project documentation, including layouts and space planning.
- Proficiency in construction drawings, with understanding of detailing and documentation needed for execution on site.
- Competence in technical drawing and drafting, using relevant CAD or BIM software.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to follow design and drafting standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India is an advantage.
