We’re recruiting an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and keep labor and material costs on budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and keeping production running efficiently.

As the Production Manager, you’ll focus on the following:Lead production activities, schedules, personnel, and develop weekly production plansMonitor labor, materials, maintenance, and production costsWork closely with Sales and Engineering to coordinate production and shipping schedulesLead, coach, and evaluate production employees and participate in hiring.Ensure work instructions, engineering practices, safety & quality standards are followed.Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement as you drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Quality to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.Coordinate maintenance activities and support equipment reliability.Use MRP systems to support production scheduling and material requirements.Support production budgets, purchasing, and resource planning.
As the Production Manager, you’ll need these minimum qualifications:At least 3 years of machinery and equipment, with proven leadership experience in HVAC/Fan manufacturing.Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint-reading skills.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.Experience with MRP systems and MS Office. xzbcwsv Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
