Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at Mercy, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence in daily activities. Working full-time days in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress using EMR systems. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate discharge plans, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives while supporting Mercy’s mission of compassionate, innovative care and continuous professional growth.
