Key RequirementsStrong knowledge of LiDAR, point clouds, 3D mapping, digital modelling, model coordination and data-driven project workflows.12+ years' experience in VDC, digital delivery, reality capture, spatial technology, BIM or a closely related AEC technology discipline.Strong practical experience with Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation and point-cloud processing tools.Proven experience applying 3D/BIM technologies across multidisciplinary design and construction workflows.Experience leading technical teams, complex projects or digital delivery programs.Strong client-facing ability, including business development, proposals, presentations and senior stakeholder management.Experience with emerging technologies such as reality capture, digital twins, automation, AI/ML and data analytics.
The RoleWe are looking for a senior leader to drive the growth and direction of a digital delivery and spatial technology practice.
You will combine technical leadership with:Developing the practice strategy and new technology capabilities.Overseeing digital delivery, standards and quality.Building and developing a high-performing technical team.Developing senior client relationships and new business.Leading proposals, presentations and strategic pursuits.Identifying opportunities to apply new technologies to complex projects.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related AEC discipline. xzbcwsv PLS, GISP or similar professional certification is a plus.
