We currently have an opportunity for a Strategic Field Resource Manager to join our Employee Benefits team in our Bryant Park, NY office on a Hybrid work schedule. This position play a vital role in the development of our sales culture, driving new business results and will work closely with the local Sales Executives, Management, and Producers in deploying our sales strategies throughout the Northeast footprint. Specific responsibilities include:
- Participate with Producers, Regional Managers, Prospects, and Clients to help present HUB’s value proposition and marketing materials in sales meetings and new business pitch environments
- Assist with event coordination and communications in supporting regional sales and marketing events
- Update and assist in managing sales pipeline
- Research sales leads through online tools and resources, supporting sales and management with analysis and reporting
- Participate in internal and externals training and client webinars – regional, national and specialty practices
- Assist as needed with proposals, RFPs, presentations, etc.
- Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training
- Continually work with Corporate and all regional teams to help build better processes
- Become proficient in presenting HUB’s capabilities and resources for clients and prospects
- Obtain an Accident and Health license
- At least 1 year of experience and/or internship in sales/service of Employee Benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
