Senior Director Pharmacology

Are you an experienced oncology drug development leader with a track record of advancing therapies from discovery through regulatory approval? We're partnering with an innovative biotechnology organization seeking a Senior Director, Oncology Pharmacology to provide scientific leadership across a diverse oncology portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in shaping nonclinical development strategy, driving pharmacology plans, and supporting programs from discovery through IND-enabling development and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead nonclinical pharmacology strategy across multiple oncology programs. Design and oversee studies evaluating efficacy, pharmacodynamics, mechanism of action, and biomarker strategies. Drive translational approaches that support candidate selection, indication expansion, and clinical development decisions. Collaborate closely with Toxicology, DMPK, Clinical Pharmacology, Biomarkers, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development teams. Manage external CRO and academic partnerships. Contribute to regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, and BLAs. Mentor and develop scientific talent while serving as a key leader within a highly matrixed R
