THE OPPORTUNITY
Just Tyres is looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at our Potters Bar branch.
We are seeking someone with a professional attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Previous tyre fitting experience is preferred but not essential, as full on-site training can be provided for the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Fitting, removing and balancing tyres * Carrying out puncture repairs * Inspecting tyres for wear and damage * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety * Ensuring the workshop is kept clean and organised * Delivering a professional standard of customer service * Working effectively as part of the branch team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Full, valid UK driving licence – essential * Previous tyre fitting experience preferred but not required * Willingness to learn and undertake on-site training * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Good attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
