Under supervised professional and skilled guidance, our CNAs give direct nursing care to assigned residents and perform other services necessary for their personal and comforts needs. Distributes food/water and feeds residents. Assists with repositioning and transferring residents. Ambulates and transports residents. Records and totals fluid intake and output. Weighs residents. Documents on flow sheets. Assists with admission, discharge and postmortem care. Responds to call lights in a timely manner. Performs perineal care and uncomplicated colostomy care. Reports all observations
