This role is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier talent through direct sourcing and cold-calling strategies.
About the RoleThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing direct outreach campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, and building strong relationships with high-potential professionals. This role requires an individual who is highly proactive, confident in cold outreach, and capable of driving meaningful conversations that convert passive talent into active candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 50+ outbound cold calls to engage passive candidates.Develop targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for key roles.Drive direct engagement strategies, including follow-ups and strategic relationship-building.Manage and track candidate interactions and conversion rates to optimize recruitment effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
QualificationsExperience in cold-calling, outbound sales, business development, or recruitment sourcing.Experience in recruiting management consultants.Proven ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with high-value prospects.Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or outbound calling tools is a plus. xzbcwsv
