Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (KRA)- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Handle banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Manage monthly closure of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform B2B reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and share MIS reports as required by the reporting manager.
- Calculate and ensure compliance with GST and TDS requirements.
- Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and documentation.
- Work on Tally Prime for accounting entries and financial record maintenance.
- Enter payment advice and process payments for all vendors and parties.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments and resolve accounting queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock, invoice, and dispatch-related reconciliations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting reporting deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ITC, and account reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and bookkeeping processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
