Requirements

We want a smart and quick witted Chartered Accountant/ Finance Executive with experience of 0-2 year/s.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.

Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity and last-minute deadlines

Ethical, respectful, and able to deal with confidential and sensitive matters

Ability to work with little or no supervision; self-motivated with good judgment and problem-solving skills

Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

What you will do at KSG:

Statutory Audits 

Responsible for audits which includes reconciliations, finalization of Balance Sheets. We work with companies of all sizes Ind-AS et all. All those late night number crunching while studying for your accounting papers will be put to test here !

Internal Audits

Work very closely with the management in finalizing internal audits, you will be deep diving into the processes and business of the client and will have to do mental crunches to pull out observations and suggestions. Show that you care for the clients business as much as they do while preparing your report and it shines through !

PE/VC Fund Compliances

We work with reputed VC funds and handle ongoing compliances for them which include FEMA, Income Tax, SEBI Regulations and much more. You will be really pulled up on this one since the deadlines are as deadly as the client’s demands !! 

Valuations

We are registered with IBBI as a registered valuer for securities and financial assets and do fund portfolio valuations under SEBI, valuation for private placements under the Companies Act and valuations for FEMA for cross border transactions ! Once you work on a few reports, you might start VALUING everything around much more ! 

Transaction advisory

Startup Founders love us ! We work on opinions on entity structures and tax and legal advisory to help companies execute complex structures for their fund raising requirements. 

Taxation

We do direct and indirect tax litigation and annual filings. We stay true to our roots and use the filing seasons to brush up our laws and check our stamina on how long we can stay up ! We make sure to create an atmosphere quite similar to the late night sessions in hostels during the tax seasons with plenty of light humour and snacks !
